Just saw that in the Neocronicle - I think it's 5pm EST for us on Terra - I don't know if I'll make it since I'll be at work - but thought you guys might like to show up

Yar.

Short version - killed a bunch of DoY guys, 80/80's - 120/120's.

Longer version - pros rallied together in PP3. Made our way to OZ3 and entered a secret doy area (where it was reported that many doys were up to something).

Went through several rooms where we encountered multiple baddies.
Several runners were severely injuried and some even lost their lives but the pro forces outnumbered the doys. I'm sure they were caught off-guard as pro had them on the run the entire time.

Once we eliminated most of the forces there, recon discovered a tunnel network with more doy assualt forces. Pro rushed this tunnel network and eliminated all the doy forces in them.

Finally it was made clear that the tunnel led out to Point Red. Waiting at point Red were even more DoY assualt forces. The DoYs barely put up a fight at that point, since most of there forces were apparently already dead in the tunnels - all that was left were their commanders.

I'm not sure what they were up to but it couldn't have been good...

It was all in all a fun event. Got some screenies of the dead people that were being experimented on (on the beds). Being in the doy tunnels with that many people was hilarious.

And right as the anouncement was made that the event was officialy over, a raptor starts shooting. I go in stealth, 20 secs later i had dropped Miller

The whole bunch went to simmons to hack, but i stayed around point red as i knew there would be more than just miller trying to pick off lone pro cities.
I got a total of 4 rifle, pistol spies and pe's who were stealthing around.
(at one point they sent in two ppus, by this time Casaas a BLOOD slasher pe had also shown up..... 4 slot holy heal and a holy creature focus).
Meanwhile the guys at simmons got their share of stealther spies too.

Next DOY event, i'm getting a snipersquad geared up to hit them at the end of the event.

Remind me to get a snipersqaud to take out the snipersquad at the next DoY event! I can here the shouts from Bugs's office in Neocron going "If it wasn't for those pesky Angels, my plan would had succeded!"

I was there on my uber secret he-who-must-not-be-named pro-city alt. Was a dam good little event.

Oh yeah, that FF droner nearly got me, but I can't complain since I am red to FF.

BTW Bugs, what happened to your gang of drug lords that was supposed to terrorise DoY?

Been too bussy terrorising with my blood alts

And as for the druglord. Sleezy Gonzales, he's been known to hunt cycrow and other places for tradeskillers and competing dealers.

Unfortunately with the upcomming blueprint changes he will be forced to revise his marketing strategy and lower his prices to compete instead of killing off the competition
