Paint us a picture of your online gaming past

I'm an old FPS player that first cut my teeth on online FPS with Quake and Doom II. Last FPS I played a lot was BF2. I just couldn't get in to the call of duty games. It'd frustrate me to no ends when people could shoot through a brick wall with a machine gun from 200+ yards away and get a kill. Plus I hate the nade toss kills. I've played a few MMOs along the way as well. I'm a casual gamer that will play anywhere from 1 hour a night to 4+ hours a night with a few off nights sprinkled here and there depending on how fun of a time I'm having.
