Updated: America Online quells public criticism of changes to its AIM terms of service, insisting the controversial privacy clause does not pertain to user-to-user instant messaging communication.

yea i think all of them do, so as long as you have a conversation to any one on aim its on there network, thats gay, altho i dont got any confidential info....except when i cyber.....yea.....

I had the new ToS reviewed by our legal reps at work to make sure the communications between coaches and recruits would not mean we'd get problems from AOL. All appears to be well for the moment. This only applies to people to post things to affiliated message boards, all of which are public anyway.
