I've always wondered this and never found a good answer. What exactly does "A level" mean?

Erm, you don't sound more INTELLIGENT THAN Chosen in that post

A Levels are split into AS - Advance Subsiduary and A2 - Advanced 2
AS levels are first year for 16/17 year olds, which I'm doing, and A2's are for 17/18 year olds. Basically they're what you need to do well in for getting into a decent uni (my main target is Bristol) and generally people take about 4 subjects, but I'm dropping philosophy because i hate it.

Or instead of doing A Levels, you could do something usefull, go to college for a 2 year course, work your bollocks off and complete it in one year.

Uni costs loooads, especially with the student fees and tuition fees etc.. and don't worry, I'm going to do something useful.. we got plenty of IT people in the UK.. we need more physisists and I'm going to add to the number!

goto the uni for motor sport do engineering and then go earn a fuck load and have a fucking good job machanics who travel with the teams in F1 are earning a v good wage i know a few yrs ago it was like 60 k a year. as a welder i can earn over 800 a week in the motorsport enviroment but im sick of looking like darth vader i use to earn 26k a year for 3 and half days a week
