ATTACHMENT TEST

Who can and can't see the Add an Attachment window?

I've attached what it should look like. To my knowledge, anyone who can post should be able to attach items... I gotta narrow down who can and can't and why.

I can't see where/how one is supposed to upload attachments though.

Here'e a screeny of my reply window (is the attachment button supposed to be here somewhere?)...

I was replying to FN's question/confusion by saying that I can see the attachment box where I can choose to add one to my message.

The add an attachment box is immediately after "Notify me when a reply is posted"

i can't see it
