The place is the neoconstrcut area on the 2.2 testserver. Basicly a place where you can go and buy any item in the game aswell as fill up your cash suplies and get woc leveled by GM's all for testing purposes. Dosnt exist on the regular server.

during the last few patches there was GM only areas installed -

These was setup to test exploits etc etc et

There are one the test server as well , there lables N/A 1 / 2 / 3

We was ported there to test exploits

Yea but the neoconstruct whas patched into the testserver. Suposedly they couldve added it into the regular one without client patching but it wouldnt make sence.

And i know there are some GM only areas and they probably looks the same but they arent the neoconstruct

Your best bet here is to just stop typing.

It dictates that it is not there beacouse it would be a waste of extra effort to add it when it is not needed. The reason that we have certain useless things in the game is that it whas added for a purpose but whas then either deactivated or made obsolete and no extra effort whas made to remove it. Going through an extra effort to specifically add something that is useless from the begining is something that KK would simply not do seing as they do not even have the resources at theyr dispolsal to add or remove things that would server a purpose.

Does this answer your question or should i bend it in neon for you?
